What Youll Be Doing:

• Lead and mentor a small but mighty finance team offering guidance mentorship and support to ensure smooth operations and accurate financial reporting.
• Take charge of financial planning budgeting and forecastingyour insights will be crucial for our strategic decisionmaking.
• Keep us in line with the latest regulations by overseeing yearend audits and working closely with external auditors to make sure everything is in perfect shape.
• Strengthen the control environment across departments ensuring that our financial data is topnotch and errorfree.
• Collaborate with senior management to communicate financial performance in ways that directly influence business strategy think of yourself as the link between finance and growth!
• Handle key stakeholder relationshipsyoull liaise with external auditors regulatory bodies and internal teams to keep everyone informed and in the loop.
• Lead exciting project work to improve financial systems data quality and analytics across EMJ ensuring were always evolving and improving.

What Were Looking For:

• Youre fully ACCA / ACA / CIMA qualified and have solid experience managing finances within a fastpaced environment.
• A finance guru with experience in datafocused financial managementyou love diving deep into the details while keeping an eye on the bigger picture.
• Youre great at financial analysis and have a knack for making datadriven recommendations to boost business performance.
• Expert at Excel and financial software with the ability to create meaningful insights from data.
• Proven leadership skillsyouve managed a team and can inspire them to deliver their best.
• Youve got strong knowledge of financial reporting standards tax legislation and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent communicator comfortable explaining complex financial information to nonfinancial stakeholders.

Key Information

• Reports to: Finance Director
• Line manager to 2 x Finance Assistants
• Hours: 8.30am 5pm MonFri
• Salary:
• Working Pattern: Up to 2 days flexibility to work from home (FT in officeduring probation)
• Location: This role is based onsite in our London/Moorgate office
