Job Description
Location: Lisbon Portugal
Role: Hebrew speaking Content Moderator
Salary: €2224K per year (including language bonus) approx 150 euro net meal voucher per month plus 60 euro transport allowance p/m plus 5% performance bonus potential p/a
Hours of work: operational hours are rotational between MonSun 7am11pm
Relocation support: a relocation bonus of 2500 Euro is provided if relocation from outside Portugal. There is also support for you available to find accomodation in Lisbon.

For their multilingual hub in Lisbon they are looking for a fluent Hebrew speaker to join their team. The Role
Recently we have seen an increasing trend of streaming companies and websites taking viewers from classical TV into new services and devices. Are you ready to join this exciting journey with the bestloved video streaming website in the world As a content moderator you represent a very large social media video sharing platform and you will review and analyse content.
In this role you will:

Review user reports regarding website/media content

Analyse and identify content that is not in compliance with requirements and flag for action in a timely manner

Make wellbalanced decisions and help resolve inquiries to defined policies and procedures

Use market specific knowledge and insights to spot and scope solutions to improve the support of user community

Review sensitive content sometimes involving graphic or disturbing subject matter
Requirements

Fluent in Hebrew
-
Availability to work on a threeshift mode (morning afternoon and evening 7 days a week)

Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills

Quick learner and adaptable to learn new processes concepts and skills

Excellent organisational and time management skills

Strong attention to detail and a desire to deliver accurately efficiently and to a high standard

Have a neutral mindset to alternative video content that needs classification
