Job Opening: R2R Role at a Leading Multinational Corporation in Noida
About the Company
Our client is a prominent global professional services company specializing in digital cloud and security solutions. With extensive experience and specialized skills across over 40 industries they provide Strategy and Consulting Technology and Operations Services.
Summary of the Role
The recordtoreport (R2R) process is a finance and accounting management process that involves collecting recording validating and reporting financial data. The R2R process helps companies monitor their financial transactions and generate reports that reflect their financial performance.
Key Duties
- Processing journal entries
- Reconciling balance sheets using Blackline
- Managing intercompany accounting
- Executing monthend tasks and reporting
- Handling fixed asset accounting
- Managing limited requirements for inventory accounting and standard costing
- Demonstrating good written and verbal communication skills
- Utilizing handson working knowledge of SAP
- Having at least 1 year of experience
Requirements
Requirements:
- 12 years of experience in R2R
- Moderate proficiency in MS Office suite
- Preferred knowledge of ERPs
- Proficiency in reading writing and speaking English
- Ability to handle challenging customer interactions and perform under pressure
- High energy selfmotivation and a strong sense of accountability
- Exceptional analytical skills
- Effective time management and ownership of assigned tasks
- Flexibility for additional working hours
- Positive attitude to contribute to the business
- Preferably advanced Excel knowledge
Additional Details
- Working Hours: Rotational shift / Night shift
- Mode: Work From Office
- Location: Noida
- Salary: CTC 36000 up to monthly Other (dependent on last CTC and experience)
- Notice Period: Immediate joiners
- Qualification: Any Graduate with 1 Year R2R Experience
