We are seeking a detailoriented and motivated Data Specialist to join our dynamic team in a fully remote role. As a Data Specialist you will be responsible for managing data exports and imports configuring client systems and ensuring data accuracy across various platforms. This role offers you the chance to have a meaningful impact by optimizing data processes and enhancing client satisfaction. You will collaborate closely with clients providing technical support troubleshooting issues and recommending data solutions to optimize processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate data exports and imports between client and company systems utilizing automated transfers when applicable.
- Ensure smooth operations by aligning data processes with client production schedules.
- Configure and manage initial client system setups to meet business needs.
- Train clients on how to export data from their systems ensuring understanding.
- Perform data analysis to ensure accuracy identifying trends and resolving inconsistencies.
- Conduct comparative analysis to verify data quality and consistency.
- Maintain and update data in configuration databases ensuring proper management.
- Suggest improvements to data transfer processes and client implementations.
- Provide internal and external data support addressing technical issues and escalating as needed.
- Generate and review client reports to ensure clarity and accuracy.
Requirements
Qualifications and Skills:
Required:
- Associate s Degree or equivalent work experience in a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of clientfacing experience in technical support or data services.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel Word Access).
- Familiarity with database technologies including Microsoft SQL queries.
- Strong analytical skills and exceptional attention to data accuracy.
- Ability to learn new technologies and adapt to dynamic environments.
Preferred:
- Experience in education technology or data management.
