Role overview:
In this role youll develop and maintain our main mobile and web applications ensuring they are robust scalable and userfriendly.
Main tasks/responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain web applications using React.
- Build and maintain the backend infrastructure to support our web and mobile apps.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to design develop and deliver new features
- Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs
- Work in small agile teams focused on rebuilding and optimising our platform
Required skills and qualifications:
Qualifications:
- Minimum of Bachelors degree in Computer Science and have at least 5 years of experience in full stack development roles (at least 3 years as a backend).
- Proficient in backend development with Node.js with frameworks such as NestJs Express or Serverless technologies.
- Expert in TypeScript.
- Strong knowledge in SQL and experience with NoSQL databases.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tools (e.g. Jenkins GitHub Actions).
- Experience working on SaaS apps is highly desirable.
- Handson experience with AWS (lambda/Dynamo DB/AppSync/API gateway/SQS/SNS) is a plus
- Fluency in English both speaking and writing.
- Excellent communication skills to articulate complex concepts and collaborate effectively with the team.
