Job Description
Open Position: Legal Manager (Reputable Company)
A reputable company is currently looking for Legal Manager to join the team and be based in the Kuala Lumpur office.
Key responsibilities include:
- Provides legal advice guidance and direction to the organisation which will include litigation or disputes corporate governance labour employment and regulatory matters
- Deliver high professional standard of legal support to the organisation through the application of counselling drafting and negotiation skills with business stakeholder
- Review and establish sound legal guidelines policies and processes in line with the business directions with experience in commercial and land acquisitons as added advnatage
- Lead problemsolving and decisionmaking in all areas of the business and consistently working to minimize and mitigate commercial & legal risks
- Manage and provide advisory on pperation trademarks and other IP rights of the organisation
- Conduct briefings on legal awareness by promoting the legal awareness policies and updates to all employees
- Able to understand and analyse situations/issues and proposing solutions to the management team
- Comfortable working in a fast pace environment
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
