Job Description
AECOMs Water Infrastructure Team in Rockhampton is looking for a passionate and experienced engineer to help deliver a range of regionally significant infrastructure projects.

What a day in this role could involve:
- You will have the opportunity to get involved in managing and completing projects from inception including involvement in the bidding phase concept design detailed design tendering and construction phase support.
- Ensure all quality assurance processes are followed delivering on time and within budget for design projects.
- Build and maintain strong relationships working with various clients across a range of sectors.
- You will guide and mentor junior engineers and designers contributing to the growth of our talent pipeline.
Qualifications :

What are we looking for from you
- Relevant tertiary qualifications and RPEQ / CPEng.
- An interest in succession and longterm growth within a global organisation.
- Ability to work collaboratively at both an internal and external clientfacing level developing new client relationships and maintaining existing networks within the business.
- Demonstrated experience in managing complex projects and meeting delivery requirements.
- A passion for guiding and mentoring junior engineers and designers.
