Job Description
Senior Technical Quality Engineering Manager Melbourne
- 15 years experience in quality engineering with the following skills:
- Strong understanding of quality assurance methodologies and tools.
- Proficiency in automation tools and frameworks (e.g. Selenium JUnit TestNG).
- Experience with endtoend testing processes and tools.
- Strong delivery governance skills.
- Experience in managing SLAs and KPIs.
- Excellent customerfacing and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of industry standards and regulations.
- Experience in the retail industry is a value ad
- Certifications such as Six Sigma PMP or ASQ.
- Familiarity with Agile and DevOps practices.
- Establish Testing Standards and Automation: Develop and enforce comprehensive testing standards and design automation frameworks to improve efficiency and coverage.
- Oversee Testing and Delivery: Manage endtoend testing processes and implement governance to ensure timely quality project delivery within scope.
- Stakeholder and Customer Management: Act as the primary contact for customers addressing quality concerns and collaborate with stakeholders to align objectives.
- Team Leadership and Compliance: Lead and mentor quality engineers conduct quality audits resolve production issues and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Monitor Metrics and Reporting: Manage SLAs/KPIs collaborate with vendors to meet supply chain quality standards and present regular quality performance reports.
- Australian Citizen/PR and located in Melbourne
- Ability to commence in 2 to 3 weeks notice
