Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Client Acquisition & Onboarding

    • Identify potential clients and develop strategies to onboard them.
    • Conduct market research and prospecting to expand the customer base.
    • Establish and maintain relationships with highnetworth individuals small businesses and corporate clients.
  2. Account Management

    • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
    • Ensure client retention by delivering personalized financial solutions.
    • Resolve client queries and complaints promptly.
  3. Sales & Revenue Generation

    • Promote the bank s products including loans deposits credit facilities and other services.
    • Crosssell additional products like insurance investment options and treasury services.
    • Meet or exceed sales and revenue targets.
  4. Financial Analysis & Credit Assessment

    • Analyze client financials and assess creditworthiness.
    • Prepare and present credit proposals for loan approvals.
    • Monitor and manage loan performance ensuring timely repayment.
  5. Customer Relationship Development

    • Conduct regular client meetings to review account performance and identify new opportunities.
    • Build trust and ensure longterm relationships by delivering superior customer service.
    • Organize clientfocused events and seminars to strengthen relationships.
  6. Risk Management & Compliance

    • Adhere to regulatory guidelines and the bank s risk management policies.
    • Monitor client accounts to ensure compliance with terms and conditions.
    • Report suspicious activities in accordance with antimoney laundering policies.

Skills & Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor s degree in Finance Business Administration Economics or related field (Masters degree is an advantage).
  • Experience: 3 years of experience in banking financial services or client relationship management.
  • Skills:
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Sales and negotiation skills.
    • Financial analysis and risk assessment.
    • Proficiency in CRM software and banking platforms.
  • Attributes:
    • Customerfocused and resultsoriented.
    • Excellent problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities.
    • Strong understanding of banking regulations and market trends.
