The project andthe role description:
We are looking forSeniorMachine Learning Engineerwhowould join a project for our client a Scandinavian leader in global fashion and retail is celebrated for its commitment to sustainability innovation and accessible style. They offer a dynamic inclusive environment focused on creativity growth and shaping the future of fashion.
- Design and develop and review advanced machine learning models and architectures including deep learning optimization and generative AI systems
- Lead complex AI/ML project initiatives providing technical guidance and architectural oversight to crossfunctional engineering teams
- Conduct indepth research and experimentation to evaluate emerging AI technologies assess their potential applications and develop proofofconcept solutions
- Review and optimize existing AI systems for performance scalability and efficiency implementing advanced techniques like model compression and transfer learning
- Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical AI strategies and implementation roadmaps
You might be the perfect match if you are/have:
- Expertlevel proficiency in Python with deep understanding of machine learning libraries
- Advanced knowledge of machine learning algorithms neural network architectures and AI model development
- Extensive experience with cloud platforms (must have GCP nice to have Azure) and AI/ML cloud services
- Strong background in statistical modeling data preprocessing and feature engineering
- Proficiency in big data technologies and distributed computing frameworks
- Demonstrated ability to design and implement scalable machine learning infrastructure
- Minimum of 810 years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering
- Proven track record of leading complex AI initiatives from conception to production
- Senior technical leadership experience capable of mentoring junior engineers and driving technical strategy
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and nontechnical stakeholders
- Demonstrated innovation in AI research or practical applications
- Excellent English communication skills
- Located in Czechia or Slovakia.
