Job Description
The Senior Architect serves as a fully capable professional in an architectural design team. The Senior Architect plans (including budget resources) schedules organizes coordinates and executes the design work on any/all phases of development on small to medium scale projects (or distinct portions of larger projects) with regular interaction with an Associate or designated senior team member.
Technical Excellence:
- Architectural Design
- Manage BIM Model and Drawing production (Design Brief compliance completeness & accuracy)
- Design coordination (within Architecture & Cross Discipline)
- Design coordination (within Engineering & Cross Discipline)
- Design Delivery (Design Brief compliance coordination completeness & accuracy)
- Guiding and management of team & junior staff Client engagement Team Leadership Value Engineering Mentoring
Qualifications :
- MArch Masters of Architecture
- 15 Years post graduate experience
- Professionally registered as PrArch with SACAP
- Proficiency in Revit software package
