Job Description

Position : Senior PHP Backend Developer
Work Hours : MF 9am5 pm EST
Salary: $1300–$2000 USD per month based on experience and qualifications.
Work hours: Flexible work schedule: Core hours from 7 am–12 pm EST with the
rest of the time at your discretion (Monday–Thursday).
Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior PHP Developer to join our
growing team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of PHP MySQL
and the Laravel framework. Experience with the Yii framework is highly preferred
along with a solid grasp of frontend technologies such as JavaScript HTML5
CSS3 and Vue.js. Familiarity with the Ionic framework (used with Yii) is a bonus.
This is a remote position requiring overlap with EST working hours. The role offers
flexibility competitive pay and opportunities for growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop maintain and optimize PHPbased applications.
Work extensively with MySQL to design and manage databases.
Build and maintain projects using the Laravel and/or Yii frameworks.
Implement frontend technologies including JavaScript HTML5 CSS3 and
Vue.js to create userfriendly interfaces.
Collaborate on mobile application projects using the Ionic framework.
Troubleshoot debug and enhance application performance.
Ensure code quality through testing and adhering to best practices.
Communicate effectively with team members during EST overlap hours.
Qualifications:
25 years of professional experience as a PHP developer.
Strong proficiency in PHP MySQL and Laravel.
Proven experience with Yii framework(required)
Competency in frontend technologies such as JavaScript HTML5 CSS3
and Vue.js.
Familiarity with the Ionic mobile framework (preferred but not required).
Ability to work independently and deliver results within deadlines.
Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
