Are you an experienced hospitality professional ready to take on a leadership role with full P&L responsibility Join us as Hotel General Manager and lead a team committed to excellence across all operations while achieving commercial and financial goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership & Performance: Oversee all hotel departments (Rooms F&B Maintenance Experience) to ensure optimal performance and achieve financial and operational targets.
- Operational Excellence: Align operational strategies with commercial goals conducting regular property inspections to maintain high standards.
- Financial Acumen: Manage full P&L reviewing monthly reports forecasting revenue and identifying opportunities to improve performance.
- Guest Experience: Analyze guest feedback and work with the team to enhance satisfaction. Lead events and initiatives that elevate the guest experience.
- Compliance & Standards: Ensure adherence to operational procedures brand standards and local regulations.
What Were Looking For:
- Experience: 5 years as a hotel General Manager or Operations Manager.
- Skills: Strong multitasking time management communication and analytical skills.
- Leadership: Proven ability to inspire and develop teams with a handson approach to managing operations.
- Language: Fluent in English and the local language.
