Our client is a scaleup based in Ghent that specializes in providing tailormade digital solutions for managing preserving and unlocking digital assets. You can see this as a form of record management or digital archive creation. These solutions are all custom made in order to suit the needs of each separate client. When it comes to organization theyre the best! And now they are looking for an archivist to help them keep up that organizational flow!
The role:
As an Information Manager you will join the Information Maintenance Business Unit (quite the mouthful). You will help the customers and the company with organizing their paper and digital information streams. You will accomplish this by organizing workshops with the customer analyzing and mapping processes collaborating with technical experts to setup a digital environment and interpreting legislation. In short you will consult the client on all matters organizational and concerning data.
Who are they looking for
Someone with:
- An interest in functional analysis.
- Theoretical and processdriven insight.
- The ability to define the customers needs and the ability to communicate with these customers fluently.
- The willingness to work on location (a.k.a a certain flexibility).
