Job Description
We are currently looking for a highly skilled ERP (Odoo) Implementation Lead for one of our clients a large European organization.
Experience Required: 1115 years
Brussels (Onsite)
Tasks
Main Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the development and maintenance of software applications.
- Develop and integrate software components.
- Create reusable code for future use.
- Understand and implement security and data protection measures.
- Participate in the design and creation of scalable software.
- Maintain code integrity and organization.
- Write clean and functional frontend code.
- Compile and analyze data processes and codes to troubleshoot and identify areas for improvement.
- Produce technical documentation.
- Test and debug code issues.
- System integration.
- Assist in system implementation and configuration.
Requirements
Skills & Competencies:
Programming & Software Development:
- Java: Extensive programming experience.
- Web security expertise authentication and authorization protocols (OAuth OpenID Connect).
- Strong understanding of key design principles.
- Ability to quickly learn new technologies and software.
- Knowledge in GIS Frontend Backend or FullStack development.
GIS Development:
- Geospatial data analysis.
- Frontend development (HTML CSS JavaScript).
- Support for developers interacting with GIS systems.
Frontend Development:
- Proficiency in JavaScript / jQuery / Angular / TypeScript / Vue.js / KendoUI.
- Strong CSS scripting and UI design replication skills.
- Experience with Bootstrap for responsive web design.
- HTML5 development.
- Web and mobile UI design.
- Web application security.
Web Services & Databases:
- Design and development of RESTful or SOAP web services.
- Experience in Windows and Linux environments.
- Ability to meet deadlines and budgets while following instructions.
- Compliance with development standards and best practices.
- Proficiency in SQL.
- Experience with Oracle RDBMS and SQL queries.
- PL/SQL package maintenance and development.
Programming Languages (at least one):
- JavaScript
- Java (Experience with Spring Struts Hibernate frameworks)
- ColdFusion (FuseBox framework)
- PHP (Symfony/LARAVEL framework Drupal portal)
Tools & Methodologies:
- Experience with ColdFusion.
- Proficiency with tools such as Git JIRA Confluence Bamboo Nexus Crucible Jenkins Sonar and GitHub.
Integrated Development Environments (IDE):
- Eclipse Foundation Eclipse
- IntelliJ IDEA
- JetBrains PhpStorm
Software Development Lifecycle:
- Atlassian tools.
- GitHub.
- ServiceNow.
Project Management & Agile Methodologies:
- PM and PM Agile.
- Agile software development: Kanban and Scrum.
Technical Certifications (Preferred):
- Oracle Certified Professional.
- Java EE 8 SE 17 or higher.
- PM Agile.
