Job Description
Job Title: EPM Consultant
Location: Belgium (Hybrid/Remote options available)
Employment Type: Fulltime
About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) Consultant to join our clients team in Belgium. As an EPM Consultant you will help organizations optimize their financial planning budgeting forecasting and reporting processes using leading EPM solutions such as Oracle EPM Cloud Anaplan SAP BPC TM1 Tagetik or OneStream. You will work closely with finance teams IT professionals and key stakeholders to design implement and support EPM solutions that enhance business performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with clients to analyze business needs and define EPM requirements.
- Design and implement EPM solutions for financial planning consolidation and reporting.
- Configure and customize EPM tools (e.g. Oracle Hyperion Anaplan SAP BPC OneStream).
- Provide training and support to end users.
- Ensure successful data integration between EPM systems and ERP solutions.
- Optimize existing EPM applications for improved efficiency and performance.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to drive digital finance transformation.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging EPM technologies.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor s or Master s degree in Finance Accounting IT or related fields.
- 5 years of experience in EPM consulting or financial systems implementation.
- Handson experience with EPM tools such as Oracle EPM Cloud Anaplan SAP BPC TM1 Tagetik or OneStream.
- Strong knowledge of financial planning budgeting and reporting processes.
- Understanding of ERP systems (SAP Oracle Microsoft Dynamics) and data integration.
- Excellent analytical problemsolving and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work in a fastpaced environment.
- Fluent in English; knowledge of Dutch and/or French is a plus.
