Job Description
We are seeking an Analyst to join our Intellectual Property team. This is a unique opportunity for an entrepreneurial highly driven person with a wellrounded skill set to join the Intellectual Property team whose responsibilities extend beyond those of traditional Analyst. The ideal person for this role will need to not only have a strong grasp of the Intellectual Property industry but also be flexible and a strategic thinker able to take on a variety of tasks.
Job Responsabilities:
- Perform and synthesize indepth industry technology and companyspecific research
- Review organize analyze and summarize financial marketing and other documents produced by clients
- Build detailed financial models (i.e. discount cash flow comparable market/transaction weighted average costs of capital)
- Develop and communicate clear takeaways from such information with consideration for qualitative and quantitative factors
- Write detailed persuasive reports and prepare PowerPoint presentations
- Communicate effectively with an array of team members including senior leaders and clients in a structured and thoughtful manner
- Successfully manage working on multiple concurrent often vastly different engagements
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in finance or accounting required engineering or technical background is a plus
- Academic success minimum 3.5 GPA
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel Word and PowerPoint
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- High degree of professionalism integrity flexibility
- Exceptional analytical skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Progress towards relevant certifications is a plus such as CFA CPA ASA etc.

A reasonable estimate of the salary range for this role is $85000 $90000. Any offered salary range is based on a wide array of factors including but not limited to skillset experience training location scope of role management responsibility etc.
