Job Description
We all have a critical role to play and add value. Here is how this role will help:
- Ensure endtoend VAT compliance including preparation of VAT returns and other VAT related reports for European countries
- Reconciliation of indirect tax balance sheet accounts
- Support VAT process standardization projects
- Support monthend closing procedure
- Support the local businesses and other finance departments in VAT related matters
- Ensure internal and external control processes
- Support internal/external VAT audits
- Meet all reporting deadlines
- Support issue resolution
Qualifications :

You will be a great fit if you have:
- Fluent English
- 13 years of relevant experience
- BSc/MSc degree or equivalent work experience
- Understanding of European VAT and corresponding filing requirements
- Good stakeholder management
- Understanding of accounting principles
- Strong Excel and data analytics skill set
- SAP or equivalent ERP hands on knowledge is an advantage
- Attention to detail and administrative tasks
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Positive selfstarter willing to learn new skills and understand the business
- Able and committed to meet deadlines and quality requirements
- Ability to work effectively both as an individual and as a team member
