Job Description

Montu is seeking a dynamic and resultsdriven Key Account Manager to join our team. In this hybrid role you will drive growth by acquiring new business while nurturing existing pharmacy partnerships. Your primary focus will be to increase order volume in your territory and ensure exceptional service. (Please note  You will be required to travel 34 days on the road for facetoface appointments Areas covering Melbournes Inner and Outer East suburbs).

Primary responsibilities include:

Driving Order Volume Growth: 

  • Increase order volume within the designated territory by establishing strong relationships with existing pharmacy partners and achieving monthly targets. 
  • Acquire new pharmacy partners to the Leafio platform converting leads into valuable partnerships. 

Relationship Building:   

  • Cultivate and maintain trusting relationships between Montu and pharmacy partners acting as their dedicated point of contact. 
  • Address partner issues promptly to maintain positive relationships and ensure resolutions are achieved.                                                                       

Strategic Initiatives: 

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to identify and develop new valueadded initiatives that enhance the partnership experience. 
  • Engage in strategic planning to improve pharmacy results and drive mutual success. Prepare and deliver regular reports on account progress goals and initiatives for internal teams stakeholders and potential use in case studies or training sessions. 

Partnership Expansion: 

  • Proactively expand existing partner relationships through upselling and crossselling opportunities. 
  • Identify nurture and convert new pharmacy partners leveraging industry knowledge and networks to expand Montus presence. 

Qualifications :

  • 4 experience in key account management highly desirable if you have experience in Saas liquor and Beverage industry with a short sales cycle.
  • Strong communication and relationshipbuilding skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive commercial outcomes and meet sales targets.  
  • Proficiency in conducting market analysis and staying abreast of industry trends.
  • Bachelors degree in a relevant field; additional certifications are a plus.
