Job Description

Position Summary

The Field Service Representative (FSR) also known as the Job Foreman is vital in delivering highquality service to our customers. This role ensures positive relationships with field superintendents and oversees the cabinetry work on assigned job sites. Key responsibilities include conducting field measurements performing quality inspections guiding installations and ensuring that each project is completed on time and to the satisfaction of our customers. The FSR collaborates closely with Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) Closure Coordinators Installers and Service Technicians to achieve outstanding service levels for our clients.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Cultivate strong positive relationships with field superintendents.
  • Conduct precise field measurements to confirm design feasibility notifying builders of any necessary adjustments.
  • Review and verify service details provided by CSRs and Closure Coordinators for accuracy.
  • Oversee all job aspects from initial order to final installation ensuring a smooth transition to home closure.
  • Monitor installer and service technician performance reporting outcomes to the Installation Manager.
  • Collaborate with CSRs and Closure Coordinators to meet 1 in 30 service metrics and avoid delays in homeowner walkthroughs or home closings.
  • Partner with Account Managers and Designers to address recurring design issues.
  • Strive for complete customer satisfaction in every interaction.
  • Perform additional duties as required by the Manager.

Qualifications :

Required Knowledge Skills and Experience

  • Expertise in cabinetry installation and understanding of new home construction and retail renovation processes.
  • Proficiency in reading a tape measure and interpreting kitchen layouts and design details.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with diverse trade professionals.
  • Selfmotivated capable of working independently in a fastpaced environment with multiple priorities.
  • Strong problemsolving skills with the ability to collect data analyze facts and draw logical conclusions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Willingness to spend approximately 80% of the day in the field within a construction setting.
  • Calm demeanor under pressure and commitment to continuous improvement.
  • Valid drivers license and access to a personal vehicle.

Education Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
