Job Summary:
We are looking for a Sales Manager to lead and manage a team for our Gold Loan division. The role involves driving sales achieving targets and overseeing a team of sales officers while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and compliance with company standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership: Manage and motivate a sales team to achieve targets. Provide training support and performance reviews.
Sales Strategy: Develop and implement strategies to increase gold loan sales and market share.
Customer Relations: Build strong customer relationships and ensure high levels of service.
Target Achievement: Ensure team meets or exceeds sales goals. Oversee the loan process from lead generation to disbursement.
Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities. Identify new opportunities.
Compliance: Ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines and company policies related to gold loan processes.
Reporting: Track and report sales performance and KPIs to senior management.
Qualifications & Skills:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Finance or related field (MBA preferred).
Experience: 57 years in sales with 23 years in a leadership role preferably in financial products or gold loans.
Skills: Strong leadership sales negotiation and communication skills. Knowledge of gold loan products and regulatory standards. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
Key Metrics:
Achievement of sales targets (team and individual).
Growth and quality of loan portfolio.
Customer acquisition and retention rates.
Team performance and engagement.
