Job Description
The Cybercrime Expert will be expected to do the following – or similar – tasks:
- Support the project needs assessment and context analysis, including supporting the design of data collection tools and stakeholder analysis.
- Support project design, including the development of the theory of change and intervention strategies.
- Review key project strategy documents.
- Support regular project review and learning sessions, identifying bottlenecks and suggesting solutions, identifying best practices and areas for improvement.
- Work with RAMEL Experts (in particular Gender, Equality & Social Inclusion Expert and Conflict Sensitivity Expert) to support mainstreaming of GESI and Conflict Sensitivity into project design, implementation and evaluation.
- Conduct targeted, short trainings or mentoring sessions with internal Siren staff and with key project stakeholders where there are identified needs or requests.
