Job Description
A facility located near Omaha NE has an exciting opportunity for a House Supervisor to join their growing team! $5000 SignOn & Relocation Bonus!
Pay: ADN $74000$94900 BSN $ (contingent on experience)
House Supervisor Opportunity:
- Fulltime Directhire position
- Schedule: Day & Night shifts available
- Setting: Acute Care Hospital
- $5000 SignOn Bonus
- $5000 Relocation Bonus
House Supervisor Responsibilities:
- Serve as the administrative liaison addressing patient family employee and provider concerns
- Support direct care operations including staffing adjustments and addressing urgent care needs
- Ensure compliance with shift operational standards including emergency code response and patient flow management
- Provide clinical expertise in evidencebased practices policies and procedures to enhance patient care
- Actively collaborate with teams to optimize resource utilization and improve care delivery
House Supervisor Qualifications:
- Current/Active NE RN license
- BLS ACLS TNCC PALS Certifications required
- Minimum 1 year House Supervisor experience
