Job Description
Position: Supervisor
Shift: 1st Hours: 10:00pm 10:30am
Type: FullTime Mode: Direct Placement
Pay Scale: $30hr (Negotiable) Industry: Manufacturing
Our client is seeking a Supervisor for our key manufacturing client. To be considered for this position applicants will need a minimum of 13 years of experience in the field.
Job Responsibilities:
- Supervise machining personnel and issue work assignments to machining personnel.
- Provide leadership coach and train personnel to achieve product quality efficiency housekeeping and equipment maintenance standards.
- Review operations and documentation for compliance to procedures and fixed practice requirements.
- Coordinate use of manpower between jobs to meet priorities objectives eliminate waste and improve the flow of production.
- Also responsible for using previous cost data knowledge of manufacturing processes and department standards for pricing and estimates labor and material costs from customer specs for the purpose of preparing bids for contracts for sales costs.
- Works with Project Management and Production Coordinators to review and communicate data for costeffective followthrough.
Job Requirements:
- High School Diploma (Preferred)
- Minimum of 13 years of experience
