Job Description
Reporting to the Junior Associate Director Middle Office Operations SMO this is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic fastgrowing organization in Financial Services.
You Will:
- Operate and oversee reconciliation technology to provide a Gross NAV to all clients including cash position dividend and interest reconciliations.
- Ensure trade processing is complete corporate actions have been booked correctly security definitions and pricing is accurate. Take other necessary actions to ensure client portfolio is constructed when required
- Oversee any PL anomalies identify the reasons and solve the problems
- Review pricing of portfolios with multiple asset classes for exchange traded and OTC Securities
- Respond to client queries
- Manage the new client onboarding processes make sure the intake process is completed with the highest available standards
- Ensure SLAs are strictly followed proactively escalate any potential problems
- Work with custodians and other thirdparties on an ongoing basis and provide feedback to management
- Communicate any operational issues and arise to Associate Director
- Maintain a good relationship with client contacts and respond client queries
- Take the responsibility of being the point of operations contact for the allocated funds
- Oversight of reconciliation and data transmission technology
- Strictly follow MUFG standards procedures and controls while performing the job

Qualifications :
You Have:
- University degree in Finance Business Computer Science Math Accounting or an equivalent combination of education and related work experience
- Creativity in exploring solutions to improve daily operational efficiency
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office Products
- Strong understanding of market practices accounting methods and P&L calculations of securities such as equities bonds forwards futures options & OTC products
- Passion to improve processes and increase efficiency
