Grants and Communications Manager

• Coordinate the development and finalisation of donor, governmental, and internal reports in respect of Action Against Hunger’s commitments to its donors (internal and external)
• Ensure accuracy and compliance of reports with good project cycle management practices and donor requirements and guidelines, in line with the project proposal
• Identify, and raise to the Grants Coordinator and DCDP, any concerns on project implementation as captured in reports
• Support the development and maintenance of grants related tools and archiving systems
• Support the Grants Coordinator in donor management

2) Produce communications materials about Action Against Hunger Jordan programmes in line with the organisation’s strategic priorities and plans

• Operationalise, and as needed, review and update the Jordan mission’s communications strategy
• Develop, distribute, and archive communications materials such as press releases, success stories, videos, backgrounders, social media, posters/leaflets, and other materials in a proactive manner and as needed by utilising various web-based design software
