Job Description

REF:  #001

  • Must develop test and implement program code object segments in accordance with the clients design conventions
  • Gather and analyze data by monitoring application performance. The performance data will establish a baseline to establish the technical and economic feasibility of proposed computer systems
  • Develop test and implement subsystems of larger systems that share existing program code and class structures
  • Monitor application performance against established performance baselines noticing trends using online statistical and automated tools and client feedback in order to plan for and anticipate application growth
  • Any other Programmer Analyst related tasks requested by the client to support operations

 


Qualifications :

  • Have a College/CEGEP diploma or University degree
  • Minimum 10 years of demonstrated experience as a Programmer/Analyst
  • Minimum 3 years experience within the past 5 years
  1. in C using MS Visual Studio for application development.
  2. in Oracle PL SQL for application development
  3. developing (10000 users with 1000 concurrent users) HRMS applications
  4. programming using 2 tier Oracle broker technology
  5. of data modelling
  6. of data integration using SQL Navigator.
  • Experience developing HRMS applications.
  • Experience developing MCSC HRMS software applications within the past 4 years
