Your Responsibilities
- Oversee the technical and financial performance of projects ensuring they meet or exceed targets.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through ongoing business development activities.
- Provide mentorship and career development guidance to team members.
- Ensure technical quality and adherence to professional standards.
- Lead strategic planning initiatives and represent AME at conferences and industry events.
- Manage project financials including collections and payables.
Your Qualifications
- Bachelor s degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering.
- Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) designation in good standing.
- 10 years of experience in the engineering industry focusing on team management and business development.
- Strong analytical communication and reportwriting skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple assignments and deliver exceptional results.

Bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering or related field. Registered and in good standing with a relevant professional body (for example P. Eng.).
