About the team:
Reporting to the Senior Manager of Application Development the Manager of Application Development will lead a growing team of resultsdriven Tech Leads and Software Developers to design build and maintain an OMS and its dependent services that meets the needs of our business and customers.
They will work closely with crossfunctional teams including product process operations and customer service to ensure the OMS is scalable reliable and adaptable to our rapidly advancing business environment.
The ideal candidate has the ability to see the big picture from both a technical and business perspective leadership skills to motivate the team and the foresight to help strategize and drive the team in delivering corporate objectives. As a key player this role provides the opportunity to make an impact on our development and QA efforts while influencing the product strategy and direction.

Qualifications :
How to excel in this role:
Management Experience: Strong experience leading teams to deliver complex applications in Agile methodologies.
Software Development Expertise: Strong experience in software development best practices focusing on coding standards and code reviews and in serviceoriented architecture.
Order Management Expertise: Experience working with order processing inventory management and fulfillment systems including proficiency with thirdparty OMS software like Kibo Sterling Commerce Fabric etc.
Technical Proficiency: Knowledge of project management principles experience with source control build processes and familiarity with relational/nonrelational databases and web technologies.
Cloud and Programming Knowledge: Experience with AWS Google Cloud or other PaaS based solutions proficiency in various programming languages (PHP Node.js Java ReactJS/ReactNative ObjectiveC Swift).
