Corporate Commercial Lawyer
Our client a busy and progressive law firm located in a vibrant highquality city in the interior of British Columbia is seeking an experienced Corporate Commercial Lawyer to join their growing practice. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a respectful collaborative and dynamic environment within an inclusive healthy and diverse community.
Key Qualifications:

Bachelor of Laws (LLB) or Juris Doctor (J.D.) is required.

Member in good standing with the Law Society of British Columbia.

Minimum three or four years of call; however open to considering a more experienced lawyer who would be closer to joining at the partner level.

Experience focusing on medium to largesized corporate commercial and commercial real estate transactions.

Exceptional advocacy conflict resolution negotiation and communication skills.

Strong research and writing abilities with the capacity to handle complex issues.

Proven client and practice management skills.

Selfmotivated with the ability to collaborate effectively with legal professionals and support staff.
Additional Considerations:

Candidates from both inhouse and private practice settings are encouraged to apply.

Both associatelevel and partnerlevel lawyers will be considered.
Compensation and Benefits:

Competitive salary structure starting at $80000 $91000 with a performancebased bonus structure (25% over $250000).

Relocation assistance may be provided for the right candidate.
