Your Role

As a Data Lead (d/m/w) at LIQID you will be at the forefront of transforming our organization into a datafirst company. You will lead a multidisciplinary team including Data Engineers Analysts and Data Scientists to deliver cuttingedge solutions. Your leadership will empower stakeholders across the organization to harness data for better decisionmaking and drive impactful business outcomes.

What exactly will you do

• Team Leadership: Lead mentor and develop a highperforming data team fostering collaboration and growth among Data Engineers Analysts and Data Scientists.
• Data Platform Ownership: Own and enhance LIQIDs Datawarehouse platform ensuring it scales to meet the needs of a growing datadriven organization.
• Innovation and Insights: Introduce AIdriven tools and foster data science capabilities to unlock actionable insights enabling smarter decisionmaking across all business units.

What you bring

• Background: You have a technical background with over 5 years of professional experience in datarelated roles such as Data Engineering Data Science or Analytics.
• Skillset & Qualifications: You possess expertise in Data Warehouse management (e.g. Snowflake Redshift or BigQuery) advanced SQL and data engineering tools like Airflow and dbt. Proficiency in data visualization platforms (e.g. Tableau Power BI Looker) and programming languages (Python R Java) is essential. Your experience extends to AI integration automation and cloud platforms like AWS Azure or GCP.
• Mindset: You are a strategic thinker with a proactive solutionoriented approach. Your strong leadership and communication skills allow you to effectively manage crossfunctional teams and engage with stakeholders. Detailoriented and qualityfocused you are passionate about driving business value through datadriven insights and innovation.
