Job Description

Venair is a leading engineering and manufacturing company of silicone hoses and flexible silicone pieces for the most demanding sectors such as pharmaceuticals biotechnology fuel cells and aerospace.

We provide innovative custom solutions according to our customers requirements. The Group was established in 1986. Nowadays Venair has 28 sales branches distributed in Europe Africa Asia and America 3 manufacturing centres and employs more than 300 people around the world.

Due to our international expansion we are we are seeking a Sales Executive based in our sales branch in Stockholm (Sweden) to develop the business in the Nordic region.

Tasks

  • Identify prospects and manage the entire sales cycle to close new business including prospecting cold calling business trips quotations followup
  • Foster customer service relationships with clients to generate future sales opportunities.
  • Champion company products by demonstrating productspecific knowledge.
  • Achieve sales goals by following proven processes and developing new ones.
  • Fill in the CRM with all your commercial efforts.
  • Represent the company in exhibitions and trade fairs (as a visitor or exhibitor).
  • Other sales tasks.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree (Business Administration Economics Engineering or similar).
  • B2B Sales Experience from 1 to 2 years especially in green fields and sectors such as pharmaceutical or food.
  • Driving license class B mandatory.
  • High level of English and Swedish.
  • Other Nordic languages will be a plus.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Flexibility to travel frequently (minimum 50% of the time).
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
