Manage payroll processes ensuring accuracy and compliance
Execute the administration of company and statutory benefits
Time and Attendance Administration:
Implement and maintain vacation policies and employee entitlements
Monitor and optimize time and attendance systems
HR Analytics and Reporting:
Generate and analyze HR metrics and managerial reports
Provide datadriven insights to support decisionmaking
Talent Acquisition and Offboarding:
Support fullcycle recruitment processes including interviewing and hiring
Coordinate onboarding and offboarding procedures
HR Systems and Digital Transformation:
Guide employees in the effective use of HR systems
Drive technology adoption and process efficiency through digital solution rollouts
Data Quality and System Management:
Ensure highquality HR data maintenance
Perform transactions across various HR systems and applications
Employee Relations and Communication:
Serve as a primary point of contact for employee inquiries on HR policies and procedures
Address questions related to compensation benefits leave and other HR matters
HR Initiatives and Project Support:
Assist in the implementation of HR initiatives
Support learning and development programs employee engagement efforts and other HR projects as needed
Qualifications :
Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of HR experience preferably with a focus on payroll management
Good at data analytical and attention to detail
Strong knowledge of Taiwan labor laws
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
SelfStarter proven ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks in a fastpaced environment
Fluency in English and Mandarin
