Job Description

  1. Benefits and Payroll Management:

    • Manage payroll processes ensuring accuracy and compliance

    • Execute the administration of company and statutory benefits

  2. Time and Attendance Administration:

    • Implement and maintain vacation policies and employee entitlements

    • Monitor and optimize time and attendance systems

  3.   HR Analytics and Reporting:

    • Generate and analyze HR metrics and managerial reports

    • Provide datadriven insights to support decisionmaking

  4. Talent Acquisition and Offboarding:

    • Support fullcycle recruitment processes including interviewing and hiring

    • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding procedures

  5. HR Systems and Digital Transformation:

    • Guide employees in the effective use of HR systems

    • Drive technology adoption and process efficiency through digital solution rollouts

  6.  Data Quality and System Management:

    • Ensure highquality HR data maintenance

    • Perform transactions across various HR systems and applications

  7. Employee Relations and Communication:

    • Serve as a primary point of contact for employee inquiries on HR policies and procedures

    • Address questions related to compensation benefits leave and other HR matters

  8. HR Initiatives and Project Support:

    • Assist in the implementation of HR initiatives

    • Support learning and development programs employee engagement efforts and other HR projects as needed


Qualifications :

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field

  • Minimum of 5 years of HR experience preferably with a focus on payroll management

  • Good at data analytical and attention to detail 

  • Strong knowledge of Taiwan labor laws 

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 

  • SelfStarter proven ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks in a fastpaced environment

  • Fluency in English and Mandarin
