Job Description

As a key player on our dynamic HR team youll be helping guide our compensation strategy across North America. With 4000 employees in North America and 10000 globally youll be part of a global leader in environmental sustainability.

Key Responsibilities:

Compensation Partner

Collaborate with leaders and Human Resources Business Partners to develop and implement compensation solutions appropriate for their business needs and are consistent with the organizations reward strategy.  Provide advice to leadership on pay decisions policy and guideline interpretation.

Compensation Programs

Administer our compensation programs that include merit promotion incentive plans.  Review escalated external and internal offers for internal equity and alignment with pay philosophy.  Collaborate with Human Resource Business Partners and leaders on promotions as well as pay adjustments.

Compensation Operations

Successfully execute annual reward cycles as well as off cycle pay adjustments.  Maintain compensation level structures conduct market pricing and perform job evaluations.  Youll lead a continual effort to automate and scale compensation processes with company growth.

Communications and Training

Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop and/or deliver compensation content and training for Human Resources Business Partners Talent Acquisition leaders and team members for both foundational as well as complex aspects of our compensation programs.
 

What youll bring to the table:

  • A Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration Economics or a related field

  • 4 years of professional experience in broadbased compensation

  • Stellar project management skills and an eye for detail

  • Excel expertise and a knack for learning new tech

  • Bonus points for international compensation experience or consulting background
