Job Description
Managing and implementing SAP HR systems including configuration
testing and deployment
Analysing business needs and identifying opportunities for process
improvements
Providing functional support to business users including training and
troubleshooting
Collaborating with crossfunctional teams to ensure seamless integration of
HR systems with other business processes
Developing and maintaining documentation of HR systems and processes
Requirements
Bachelor s degree in computer science Information Technology or related
field
At least 5 years of experience in SAP HCM implementation and support
Strong knowledge of SAP HR systems including configuration testing and
deployment
Fluent in French or Dutch and communicates well in English
Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and meet deadlines
