Our client is in the midst of a complete digital transformation. They are innovating and optimizing their global processes and systems into a fully harmonized global digital blueprint to improve their services increase customer satisfaction and boost employee engagement.
As the Process Lead Finance you will be a key member of the Design Team and drive the continuous improvement for the endtoend design ensuring alignment with key design choices and market standard solution. The role brings together Business and IT and ensures that through an iterative process the overall process systems and data design will be enhanced. You report to the Senior Manager Process Excellence with a dotted line to the Process Executive and Business Owner who provides steer and sponsorship for the respective domain. You re specific domain is the domain of Finance Accounting & Operations Project Management Execution and Reporting and Corporate Finance.
Your key responsibilities
Refine ToBe processes in its functional domain and ensure alignment with the configuration of the SaaS solutions (MS Dynamics) while respecting the rational of design choices and value case
Define a new way of working (tobe) based on Finance market standards
Ensure business acceptance of the ToBe business processes (incl. collaborate with IT to design organize required testing within the divisions adapt design according to test results if needed)
Foster collaboration between individual Process Leads to achieve a consistent ToBe landscape
Maintain business process information under change control and maintains audit trails of changes.
Support change management initiatives and ensure effective communication within the organization
Domain Finance
In the past years we implemented a variety of systems that help to manage the operational and finance processes within the different entities / countries. With this program coming into the picture there is a potential overlap in functionalities. We need to investigate how all entities / countries will fit the future needs with regards to the Lead to Cash process in one harmonized application landscape mainly Salesforce.
It is of prime importance that you have strong leadership and excellent stakeholder skills in order to build and maintain strong relationships with multiple divisional and functional stakeholders. You feel yourself at home in an international matrix organization and you are looking for a crossdivisional position where you can build take the lead and become the organizationwide expert in this domain.
Msc education
Experience as a Process Business Consultant and/or Product Manager with experience in Financial Business process change and/or systems improvement programs
Experience with business process mapping tools and process performance measurement (PPI) techniques
Extended Knowledge of and experience with setting up Finance Processes in MS Dynamics:
Record to Report
Perform Fixed Asset Accounting
Product Costing and Inventory Accounting
Manage Accounts Payable
Project Initiation and Planning
Project Execution and Maintenance
Project Reporting and Closure
Manage Treasury and Cash
Manage Tax and Compliance
Extended Knowledge of Finance and Order Management Systems within an ERP context
Experience with process design (from a value chain perspective)
Certified Knowledge of and experience with BPMN2.0 notation
Minimal LEAN Green Belt certification
Experience with Agile way of working
Certified SAFe Agile
Experience with writing business requirements & features
Fluent in both Dutch and English
Start: 1 February fulltime
Period: minimum of 6 month with option to extend
