Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Business Process Developer to lead the implementation of business process modeling solutions and establish enterprisewide modeling frameworks. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in BPMN 2.0 experience in delivering training programs for business analysts and a strong background in developing and enforcing modeling standards using Sparx Enterprise Architect.
Key Responsibilities:
Implement business process modeling solutions utilizing BPMN 2.0.
Develop and deliver BPMN 2.0 training programs tailored for business analysts.
Establish enterprisewide modeling frameworks using Sparx Enterprise Architect.
Define and enforce modeling standards best practices and guidelines to ensure consistency across the organization.
Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize business process design and implementation.
Provide expert guidance on business process modeling methodologies and tools.
Support enterprise architecture initiatives by integrating business process models with organizational goals.
Essential Skills & Qualifications:
Proven expertise in BPMN 2.0 and business process modeling methodologies.
Experience in designing and delivering BPMN 2.0 training programs for business analysts.
Strong knowledge of Sparx Enterprise Architect for developing and maintaining process models.
Ability to establish and maintain modeling standards and guidelines.
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
Desirable Skills:
Experience in business process design and implementation.
Familiarity with enterprise architecture frameworks and methodologies.
Exposure to data management principles and integration with business processes.
