We are seeking a Senior District Manager of Healthcare Technology Management / Clinical Engineering to serve as the Executive Director for a hospital system in Cleveland OH. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of effective management and leadership within the healthcare technology industry.
The Senior District Manager will have overall leadership responsibility for client relationships and oversight of the assigned contracts or servicerelated components of those contracts. This role is critical to the success of the client organizations multiple sites and services. The Senior District Manager will be directly accountable for achieving operational excellence by fulfilling our contractual obligations and service commitments which are designed to be predictable reliable and repeatable.
This is an onsite position and relocation assistance is available.

Requirements
Education:
- BS degree or equivalent experience.
Qualifications:
- 7 years of management experience.
- Experience Healthcare Technology Management within a large healthcare environment including multisite management.
- Strong ability to build and maintain exceptional client relationships and establish effective governance structures as this position will serve as the primary point of contact with the hospital system client.
- Excellent business acumen agility in decisionmaking and proficiency in budget management.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to coach mentor and guide employees at various levels.
- Ability to review and maintain reports to ensure adherence to federal state and local regulations as well as company and client policies and procedures.
- Expertise in fostering a safe work environment by enforcing safety programs and recommending necessary changes to improve safety standards.
- Proficient in assessing financial risks and opportunities for the account communicating outcomes to both the client and senior management and initiating action plans as needed.
- Basic understanding of Cybersecurity challenges and solutions specifically in the context of protecting healthcare providers.
