Job Description
- Perform accurate month end closing processes to generate financial reports
- Perform various account reconciliations and work to resolve any discrepancies
- Analyze financial reports preclose and postclose to determine trends estimates and significant changes
- Maintain revenue recognition standards (ie: invoicing discounts rebates) and associated costs
- Assist with various projects as well as audit and tax requests
- Assist in government compliance issues such as taxes and required state reporting
- Perform monthly and adhoc reports to the executive team
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree required
- 3 years of related experience
- Exceptional time management organizational skills attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Proactive and efficient
- Experience with monitoring Fixed Assets
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills both verbal and written
- Strong Excel skillset
- Must have a strong ability to be able to analysis a P&L statement
- Familiarity with NetSuite Salesforce and MineralTree is a plus
