Chief Information Officer CIO

The Eurofins network is seeking a Chief Information Officer (CIO) to provide sound technical leadership and drive our technological vision across the business. This role requires strategic thinking and strong business acumen to guide the direction of our IT.

In a fastpaced growing and everchanging business environment IT plays a crucial role in achieving our objectives. As CIO you will define and execute the IT governance vision technological strategy and longterm roadmap. You will oversee IT infrastructure security solutions and operations while contributing to strategic decisions.

Your challenge is to lead an agile and scalable IT organisation ensuring that technologies are used efficiently securely and costeffectively. You will oversee the design and implementation of IT blueprints across the Eurofins networks decentralised regional organisations. As the head of the departments project portfolio you will ensure the delivery of highquality solutions while developing KPIs and metrics to evaluate new systems and infrastructure.

A key part of the role is to foster a positive environment by streamlining processes encouraging innovation and promoting internal talent. You will also play a critical role in identifying and attracting new talent to strengthen the organisation as it grows.

Qualifications :

WHAT YOU BRING

• Masters degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field
• Previous experience as a CIO CTO or in a similar leadership role
• Extensive experience in architecting and developing enterpriselevel technology roadmaps
• High analytic skills with the ability to translate strategic business decisions into quantitative insights
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment and take ownership of initiatives
• Strong leadership and management experience with a proven track record of leading highperforming teams
• Uptodate knowledge on current technological trends and being wellversed in a variety of business concepts
