Quality Officer

The main responsibilities of the Quality Officer are to maintain our Quality management system. Ensuring in conjunction with the Quality team that the laboratory and Logistics divisions operate within the companys quality management systems to meet the requirements of ISO15189 accreditation and ISO9001 certification the Eurofins Group policies and any regulatory requirements. Assisting in the review and approval of internal quality documents as per the companys procedures for document control. Supporting the existing Quality team with client requests. Including conducting internal audits and participating in external audits (e.g. assessment bodies clients).

Qualifications :

Education

• A 3rd level qualification in Quality Assurance or Science an advantage however a combination of experience and training will be relevant for the role.

Experience

• 12 years in a Quality Dept/Accredited Pathology Laboratory ideal.
• Knowledge of QPULSE would be an advantage.
• Understanding of ISO15189 accreditation and ISO9001 certification.
• Some Experience in INAB Audit/Accreditation process.

• Ability to work as part of a team but show initiative and can work independently on own duties.
