Job Description
Our team is currently seeking a dedicated and detailoriented individual to join us as a Quality Assurance Specialist. This role is vital in ensuring the highest standards of quality across our products and services. Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assess sales calls and customer interactions for quality compliance and consistency.
- Develop and revise quality assurance standards benchmarks and best practices.
- Provide constructive feedback to sales representatives and conduct coaching sessions to boost performance.
- Collaborate with training teams to address skill gaps and improve sales effectiveness.
- Create QA reports analyze data for trends and offer actionable insights.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance sales quality and efficiency.
- Communicate quality standards and updates to sales teams and management.
- Maintain accurate records of QA activities and ensure documentation is up to date.
- Use QA tools to monitor sales quality and recommend improvements to processes.
- Contribute to sales growth by providing datadriven recommendations and strategic insights.
- Assist clients with technical integrations as needed.
Requirements:
- Native or fluent in English (C1 level) with strong written and verbal communication skills. Additional fluency in French Italian or Spanish is an advantage.
- 2 years of experience in coaching and developing sales professionals.
- Expertise in creating and implementing quality assurance processes programs and evaluation criteria.
- Experience in software vendors IT services SaaS or system integration sectors is preferred.
- Proficient in CRM software particularly for managing leads and opportunities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills able to engage clients via phone email and video.
- Strong analytical abilities capable of interpreting and applying data to inform decisions.
- Exceptional time management and prioritization skills.
- Comfortable navigating both strategic and tactical challenges in fastpaced environments.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines adjust to shifting priorities and balance shortterm and longterm goals.
