Job Description

Our team is currently seeking a dedicated and detailoriented individual to join us as a Quality Assurance Specialist. This role is vital in ensuring the highest standards of quality across our products and services. Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assess sales calls and customer interactions for quality compliance and consistency.
  • Develop and revise quality assurance standards benchmarks and best practices.
  • Provide constructive feedback to sales representatives and conduct coaching sessions to boost performance.
  • Collaborate with training teams to address skill gaps and improve sales effectiveness.
  • Create QA reports analyze data for trends and offer actionable insights.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance sales quality and efficiency.
  • Communicate quality standards and updates to sales teams and management.
  • Maintain accurate records of QA activities and ensure documentation is up to date.
  • Use QA tools to monitor sales quality and recommend improvements to processes.
  • Contribute to sales growth by providing datadriven recommendations and strategic insights.
  • Assist clients with technical integrations as needed.

Requirements:

  • Native or fluent in English (C1 level) with strong written and verbal communication skills. Additional fluency in French Italian or Spanish is an advantage.
  • 2 years of experience in coaching and developing sales professionals.
  • Expertise in creating and implementing quality assurance processes programs and evaluation criteria.
  • Experience in software vendors IT services SaaS or system integration sectors is preferred.
  • Proficient in CRM software particularly for managing leads and opportunities.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills able to engage clients via phone email and video.
  • Strong analytical abilities capable of interpreting and applying data to inform decisions.
  • Exceptional time management and prioritization skills.
  • Comfortable navigating both strategic and tactical challenges in fastpaced environments.
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines adjust to shifting priorities and balance shortterm and longterm goals.
