Job Description

The IT Support Specialist  will refer to the Team Leader HelpDesk Romania & Bulgaria & Turkey.

Your main tasks will be:

        To support all stores by answer incoming calls and log all colleagues questions and issues accurately and efficiently into ticketing system;

        To support all stores placed in Bulgaria;

        To participate to store openings  in order be sure that everything is running smoothly (should be around 56 openings per year for 1 week before and during the opening)

        To ensure that all hardware and software is ordered delivered and tested before a new store opening;

        To ensure that all stores have a good knowledge of rules routines procedures and our store systems;

        To develop and improve administrative routines and procedures.

The job is based in Bozhurishte but travelling activity within Bulgaria should be expected.


Qualifications :

The ideal candidate has retail experience and is used to work with store systems. Your educational background is less important but you must have an interest in IT and be a good communicator. Candidates with no retail background must be willing to work in one of our stores in order to get familiar with the store systems.

        You are at native level in Bulgarian and fluent in English; 

        You have 25 years experience with support or helpdesk from a similar position; Retail experience is considered an advantage;

        With experience 02 years the salary is negotiable 

        You are service minded and have a friendly open and patient approach.

        You have strong analytical technical problem solving and organizational skills.

        You are process and procedure oriented.

        You have strong written and oral communication skills.

        You are a team player self motivated organized detail oriented and able to handle changing priorities.

        You are flexible and willing to support the stores outside of normal working hours (1 out of 2 weeks during evenings and weekend for critical situations)

        You have a clean driving license

2 days/week home office policy 3 days working in Head office Bozhurishte

The job is based in Bozhurishte but travelling within Bulgaria should be expected.
