Job Description
- Lead the Solution Development Team as a Squad Lead and Product Owner for IoT and digital solutions
- Take on commercial responsibility throughout the solution lifecycle maximizing service and solution value from a customer perspective with a focus on cost and profit
- Set and manage squad goals and key results quarterly to ensure alignment and achievement
- Support the squad mission and oversee overall project management to completion
- Define sprint goals clarify user stories and prioritize the product backlog based on customer needs
- Create and share the product vision maintain the integrity of the product backlog coordinate proposals with tribe leads and customers and foster collaboration between the squad and customers while promoting agile work practices
