Position Overview: and nbsp;Client is seeking a highly skilled Test Lead with a strong focus on leadership and handson experience with key testing tools.
The ideal candidate will lead a team of 10 testers while performing handson testing. and nbsp;
This role involves managing quality of applications endend across the portfolio.

Responsibilities:
and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp;Manage endend quality of application development lifecycle.
and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp;Optimize and manage resources across the testing lifecycle.
and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp;Plan manage and lead the design and execution of test strategies plans scenarios.
and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp;Coordinate test strategies with project managers and stakeholders.
and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp;Establish proactive monitoring and application health dashboards and remain handson on granular details.
and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp;Provide practical insights on testing and user stories during development phase.
and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp;Incorporate AI and automation to increase efficiency and productivity.
and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp;Lead and mentor the testing team to ensure deadlines and quality standards are met.
