Job Description
We are seeking a parttime Team Lead to join our dynamic retail team at Champlain Place in Dieppe Canada. As a Team Lead you will play a crucial role in overseeing daily operations motivating team members and ensuring exceptional customer service.
- Lead and inspire a team of retail associates fostering a positive and productive work environment
- Oversee daily store operations including opening and closing procedures
- Schedule and manage team members to ensure optimal coverage and efficiency
- Train and mentor new team members promoting their growth and development
- Resolve customer concerns and complaints professionally and efficiently
- Assist in implementing and maintaining visual merchandising standards
- Collaborate with store management to achieve sales targets and key performance indicators
- Ensure compliance with company policies procedures and safety standards
- Participate in inventory management and loss prevention efforts
Qualifications :
- Proven leadership experience in a retail environment
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on creating positive shopping experiences
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve goals
- Proficiency in scheduling and time management
- Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities
- Flexibility to work varying shifts including evenings weekends and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- Retail management certification (preferred)
- Indepth knowledge of retail industry trends and best practices
