Job Description

Distribuie i gam de produse:

  • Introduce produse noi n magazine pe baza calendarelor de lansri noi asigur implementarea corect a activitilor promoionale;
  • Coordonare i colaborare strns cu echipele de Key Account Management i Shopper Marketing.

Gestionarea raftului:

  • Monitorizeaz i asigur respectarea planogramelor convenite la sediul central detectnd i gestionnd oportunitile;
  • Implementeaz activitile la raft necesare rezultate din strategie (evitarea epuizrii stocurilor mbuntirea folosirii spaiului plasarea la raft activiti de gestionare pe categorie).

Plasarea secundar:

  • Monitorizeaz i asigur ndeplinirea acordurilor centrale cu privire la plasrile secundare i a plasrilor de la casa de marcat;
  • Caut i implementeaz n fiecare magazin plasri secundare n plus fa de cele negociate la nivel central;
  • Asigur implementarea corect a produselor n plasrile secundare pe baza regulilor de umplere a standurilor i a liniilor directoare stabilite.

Promoii:

  • Implementeaz promoiile convenite n magazinele alocate;
  • Monitorizeaz lunar dezvoltarea mediului de retail i propune schimbri n rut pentru a obine o cretere mai mare a vnzrilor;
  • Asigur mentenana i creterea numrului de standuri la casele de marcat ntro poziie bun n magazinele din rut.

Altele:

  • Monitorizeaz i raporteaz indicatorii cheie de performan calitativi i cantitativi cu instrumentele i sistemele existente (C4C imagini alte instrumente) dup cum este necesar i solicitat
  • Particip activ la toate cursurile seminarele i edinele de formare
  • Urmeaz cu strictee procedurile companiei i se comport n consecin cum ar fi Politica Auto Politica de Cltorii Codul de Conduit al Jacobs Douwe Egberts.

Qualifications :

  • Studii superioare finalize;
  • Experien anterioar n domeniul Vnzrilor;
  • Cunoaterea pieei nelegerea perspectivelor clientului i consumatorului;
  • Comportament orientat spre rezultate;
  • Abiliti de comunicare i negociere;
  • Cunoaterea limbii engleze att la nivel conversaional ct i scris;
  • Dispus s lucreze n echip;
  • Permis de conducere (categoria B).
