This is an excellent opportunity to enhance your skill base and join us as a Childrens Support Worker. You will have full training and clinical support to develop and enhance skills in various complex areas We care for and support people of all ages in the community and in their homes with rehabilitation learning disabilities and mental health. You may be supporting people to go to work/ college with personal tasks household jobs taking part in hobbies accompanying them on day trips or even planning a holiday. Every day will be different. And youll never know what challenges youre about to face next. One thing you can be sure of is that youll be making your clients days brighter whilst developing your skills and knowledge.
The client is a very young lady whos had acquired brain injury since birth on your daytoday on a 1 to 1 basis; you will be supporting her with her daily routine offering emotional support and maintaining her clinical needs with medication administration.

What youll need
You dont need any social care experience to apply for this role. Were more interested in your compassion and ability to care. Youll need to be resilient too and willing to learn new skills and develop your knowledge as part of a closeknit team. However a background with peg feeding administering medication and suctioning would prove very advantageous.
