We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales Representative to help us drive growth and contribute to our mission of delivering excellence.

What Youll Do

As a Sales Representative youll play a pivotal role in driving business growth building client relationships and ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research lead generation and proactive outreach.
  • Build and nurture strong lasting relationships with potential and existing clients.

Client Engagement:

  • Respond to client inquiries providing detailed information about HRDA funding and the registration process.
  • Guide clients through funding applications ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.

CRM Management:

  • Maintain accurate and uptodate records of customer interactions funding applications and business development activities in the CRM system.

Marketing Support:

  • Assist in planning and executing marketing strategies to boost seminar attendance and improve client engagement.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance the companys visibility and strengthen its brand reputation.

Networking and Representation:

  • Represent the company at networking events and seminars to promote services and foster professional relationships.

Administrative Support:

  • Provide administrative assistance to support business development and funding processes as needed.

Qualifications and Requirements

Educational Background:

  • A degree or diploma in Business Management Sales or Marketing.

Experience:

  • 12 years of experience in sales business development or a related field (experience in the education or training sector is a plus).

Language Skills:

  • Proficiency in both Greek and English is required.

Skills:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A proactive goaloriented mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Other:

  • Familiarity with HRDA funding is an advantage or a willingness to learn.
