What Youll Do
As a Sales Representative youll play a pivotal role in driving business growth building client relationships and ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research lead generation and proactive outreach.
- Build and nurture strong lasting relationships with potential and existing clients.
Client Engagement:
- Respond to client inquiries providing detailed information about HRDA funding and the registration process.
- Guide clients through funding applications ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.
CRM Management:
- Maintain accurate and uptodate records of customer interactions funding applications and business development activities in the CRM system.
Marketing Support:
- Assist in planning and executing marketing strategies to boost seminar attendance and improve client engagement.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance the companys visibility and strengthen its brand reputation.
Networking and Representation:
- Represent the company at networking events and seminars to promote services and foster professional relationships.
Administrative Support:
- Provide administrative assistance to support business development and funding processes as needed.

Qualifications and Requirements
Educational Background:
- A degree or diploma in Business Management Sales or Marketing.
Experience:
- 12 years of experience in sales business development or a related field (experience in the education or training sector is a plus).
Language Skills:
- Proficiency in both Greek and English is required.
Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- A proactive goaloriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Other:
- Familiarity with HRDA funding is an advantage or a willingness to learn.
